Featuring the construction of new spaces at the historic Hoyt Sherman Place, the project includes a 9,000 square foot addition, improvements to patron services, concession area updates, converted balcony level space and new kitchen storage. The facility upgrades will provide Hoyt Sherman Place the ability to meet greater audience demand and maintain the historic style of the galleries, mansion and theater.
