Kingland Campus Properties: Ames
The Project entails redevelopment of 75,000 square feet of office and retail space in a three-story building which will allow Kingland Systems Corporation to grow its Ames operations from 45 to 120 FTE jobs, create office and retail space for an additional 110 FTE jobs, and provide pharmacy and limited-grocery services to the surrounding neighborhood. The development includes redevelopment of multiple existing structures and the construction of additional office and retail space.
