Project Big Bird: Sioux City

Project Big Bird: Sioux City

Project Big Bird brought a Northwest Airlines call reservation center into downtown Sioux City, taking occupancy in a dilapidated building which stood vacant in the core of downtown for more than four years. The financing helped provide renovations to the building. Since Northwest took occupancy of the building, other occupants such as the City Museum will begin to fill the remaining building space, creating more jobs and attracting businesses.
